For licensed sponsors
Role, salary and sponsorship advice for employers assigning a Certificate of Sponsorship to a Skilled Worker.

The legal issue
A sponsor must select the correct occupation code, meet the salary rules and record a genuine vacancy. Errors can affect both the worker's application and the sponsor licence.
How the work proceeds
We assess the vacancy, occupation code, salary and working pattern.
We review the worker's status and information needed for sponsorship.
We advise on the Certificate request or assignment and check the draft details.
You receive a clear record of the advice and duties linked to the appointment.
Pricing and scope
These are London professional fee ranges. Your client care letter will confirm the fixed fee or estimate, VAT, assumptions and payment stages before work begins.

Government and provider charges can change. We confirm the current amount before payment and do not add a mark-up to a true disbursement.
Most instructions can be completed within 5 to 10 working days after we receive the role and worker information. Certificate allocation and Home Office decisions remain outside our control.
