Farani Taylor Solicitors is a firm authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Sajjad Hussain is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales practising at the firm.

- Matter information — details of your legal issue, supporting documents and identification required for anti-money laundering checks.

Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent (contact form) and our legitimate interest in running the firm.
- To deliver legal services. Legal basis: performance of our retainer contract and compliance with our professional obligations.
- To meet legal and regulatory duties — including AML, SRA and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To improve the website, only where you have given analytics consent. Legal basis: your consent (revocable at any time).
Who we share it with
We only share your data where necessary — for example, with HMRC, HM Land Registry, UKVI, counsel, experts, AML verification providers and our professional indemnity insurers. We do not sell your data, ever.
How long we keep it
We retain client files for a minimum of six years after closure (and longer for certain matters, such as property, corporate and trust work) in line with SRA guidance and our professional indemnity requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete data we no longer need (subject to our legal and regulatory retention duties).
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
