These are London professional fee ranges. Your client care letter will confirm the fixed fee or estimate, VAT, assumptions and payment stages before work begins.
Likely third-party costs
- Home Office fee: usually £819 to £1,618 outside the UK, or £943 to £1,865 inside the UK, subject to visa length and any reduced category
- Immigration Health Surcharge: usually £1,035 per adult for each year of permission
- English language test, qualification assessment, translation, biometric appointment or priority service where required
Government and provider charges can change. We confirm the current amount before payment and do not add a mark-up to a true disbursement.
Typical timing
We usually prepare a standard application within 10 to 15 working days after receiving complete documents. UKVI decision times vary by location and service level.

Are dependants included?
Only if the written quote says so. Each dependant has a separate application, Home Office fee and, where applicable, health surcharge.

No. UKVI decides the application. Our role is to assess eligibility, prepare the evidence and present the application accurately.
